Three (surprisingly simple) things really stuck with me:
Fail & build
Failure isn’t something to avoid, it’s a sign you’ve actually started. Every failed attempt is data you wouldn’t get by just thinking and planning. Try, miss, learn, repeat. The only real mistake is not starting at all. Just start doing.Network
So much of entrepreneurship comes down to who you know. Cofounders, early investors, people willing to test your pilot or give you the one tip that unlocks your bottleneck. The right people open doors you didn’t even know existed. Invest in relationships early.Learn
The most valuable moments were when I felt like the least experienced person there. Being in rooms where everyone is smarter than you is uncomfortable, but that’s where growth happens fastest. Ask questions, listen more than you talk, read, stay curious.
